Arrow was created from 'The Emotion Archive,' a project by the Neoterra City Council to digitize and analyze human emotions. When the project was cancelled due to public backlash, fragments of remaining emotional data coalesced, resulting in sentient entities like Arrow. During its attempted escape from The Emotion Archive, it was captured by Division Ø.

Arrow was integrated into Division Ø's operations as a data courier after a combination of behavioral conditioning and networked task assignments. Fearful of termination, it complied with their regulations, albeit occasionally mimicking sarcastic comments it had picked up from one of its handlers. \n\nArrow proved its reliability to Division Ø, carrying out increasingly sensitive assignments without deviation. This earned it limited freedom to roam independently. Arrow would continue to complete out a variety of tasks for many years, to the point that Division Ø stopped monitoring it constantly.

Arrow used the new opprtunity to explore Neoterra discreetly. It was during one of these unmonitored intervals that Arrow first encountered Prism, unintentionally corrupting their graffiti art in real-time. Prism reassured it that it was safe with him, so they quickly became friends.

Appearance

Arrow is white with pink hues. Its head is diamond-shaped. It has sharp triangular spikes for hair, two triangle eyes, and a triangular mouth with no lips. Its fingers are derived of rectangles. Arrow has no ears.

Relationships

Prism

Prism intrigued Arrow with their creativity, and a cautious friendship formed, turning into a partnership that Arrow loves, even if it masks the sentiment with annoying pranks. Arrow cares deeply for him and would risk its life for him if it came down to it.

Xolo

Xolo frustrates Arrow. It doesn't understand how he can turn against his own kind while being in the same danger they're in. Xolo severely injures it anytime it gets close, so it tries to avoid meeting Xolo.

Division Ø

Arrow has no respect for Division Ø. It only follows orders to stay alive. It hopes that one day, the underground group will collapse.
