Fixed up the "About" page in the shop and renamed it to "Policies"
Menu Cleanup & Logic, Artwork Optimizations
Renamed the "About" section to "General" and updated the shop's sidebar to hide empty categories. Much cleaner! I also re-uploaded a bunch of art which have been optimized for the site. This doesn't matter as much now that I have separate pages for everything, but well... It's still an update!
